I had a good experience and Mia was very friendly and helpful with our design and order. The product I ordered last year looked great and came nicely packaged. Anticipating this year will be the same.The only frustrating element and my reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that you are dealing with an overseas time zone and there is one response a day so communication isn't expedicious at all. When time is tight this is a frustrating factor. So I recommend giving yourself enough time prior to your needs.
