I was quite upset when I called. Having dealt with an uninformed individual previously who stated ?I m just a Customer Service Representative? and ?I have no Supervisor? I was fed up with what I saw as mishandling of my situation. I then spoke to Ray who calmly explained the status to include roadblocks. We derived a path forward and set out on a plan. His methodical approach was very helpful and his knowledge of the system set me at ease.
